Closed Etsy and CafePress stores

It was a long time coming. Etsy had had some recent changes and it just pushed me to finally close my shop there. CafePress store was a lot of work for minimal return, so I decided to close that, as well.  Works are underway for a shop on my page, melissamilligan.com.
